4.25 Million Child Dies of Lung Infection

Respiratory infections, like influenza and pneumonia (pneumonia), each year killing 4.25 million people, mostly children. Acute Respiratory Infection In Atlas, the World Lung Foundation, said the deaths due to lung infection accounted for 6 percent of total global deaths.

"At least 4 million people die from Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI), but the global health community still does not recognize this disease as a separate disease group," said Peter Baldini, Chairman of the World Cancer Foundation.

He added that the foundation hopes to convince governments and donors to look at deaths from respiratory diseases as a group. "This could save millions of lives. What is needed is a commitment, policies, and strategic investments," said Baldini.

In his report, people who come from poor countries most vulnerable to death from ARI. Deaths from pneumonia cases was 215 times higher in countries where income per capita is low.

Healthy Sleep Just 5 Hours

Who says a habit of sleeping less than seven or eight hours will worsen the quality of health and shorten life? Recent research on sleep duration and mortality relationship shows, their usual rest for five hours every day have the endurance to live (survival) is good.

The study by scientists at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine for 14 years against the 450 female respondents aged 50 to 81 shows, those who have a habit of sleeping for five to 6.5 hours have aged long enough.

A recent study published the journal Sleep Medicine is different from previous research reports. Earlier this year, large-scale studies in the United States indicate that less than seven hours of sleep associated with the risk of heart disease. Even the other studies mentioned, those who slept less than six and a half hours more likely to die before the age of 65.

Savor Mahkota Dewa

Plants by scientific name Phaleria macrocarpa is also known by the name simalakama (Malay / Sumater), Makuto Dewo (Java). These plants originated from Papua and has been known efficacious for treating various diseases, such as: Diabetes Mellitus, Cancer and Tumor, Hepatitis, Rheumatism and Gout.
1.Diabetes Mellitus 
Treatment: Drink boiled water
Method: - Take 5-6 Mahkota Dewa fruit, slice and wash clean.
- Boil in 5 cups of water, let it stew until the remaining 3 cups water
- Strain the cooking water, drink 3 times a day (each 1 cup)

2. Cancer and Tumors

Treatment: Drink boiled water
Method: - Mix 5 grams of dried fruit pulp Mahkota Dewa with 15 g temu white, 10 g and 15 g dry sambiloto scribble dry, wash all materials
- Boil all ingredients in 5 cups water, let it stew until the remaining 3 cups water
- Strain the cooking water, let it cool and drink 3 times a day each 1 cup. Potion drink 1 hour before meals

Aspirin Reduces Risk of Colon Cancer

Low-dose aspirin are consumed every day in the long term effective way to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer up to one quarter. The risk of dying from this disease is also reduced by a third.

Earlier low-dose aspirin is also recommended for patients who have a high risk of heart attack and stroke. In the prevention of colon cancer or colon cancer, aspirin in high doses are effective but have side effects bleeding.

Laptop Can Disturb Fertility Sperm

Research experts who published the journal Fertility and Sterility November issue is suggested that men avoid the habit of putting a laptop in the near any vital organs. Because it can trigger the risk of interference with fertility. 

The researchers explained, the use of laptops could be a threat to the production of sperm due to heat generated by the portable computer can trigger a rise in temperature in the scrotum or bag sperm-producing testes.

In his research, the researchers measure the temperature of the scrotum 29 young male volunteers using a thermometer. Volunteers are measured when they place the laptop on his knee. Although the volunteers using a type of mat to reduce the temperature of the laptop, investigators found the testicles of the volunteers experienced a rapid increase in temperature.
